Recommended Use
Take 1 to 3 capsules 3 to 4 times a day. Start on 1 capsule and increase dosage to suit body mass & metabolism. Reduce dosage if excessive (i.e.; unpleasant) stimulatory effects are noticed. Best taken 45 minutes before exercise or main meals, & in cycles of 5 days on and 2 days off. Do not exceed 9 capsules per day. Increases alertness. Do not take just before going to bed.
