They minimise the space taken on the barbell by the weight plates and can be used with Olympic bars thanks to a 2 (5cm) centre hole diameter. Coated with rubber, the plates are kinder to your flooring when placed down and they provide easy identification with an embossed weight mark. The set includes two 10kg (22lbs) plates.
